Return Policy

General Returns

If you need to return an item, please communicate the details of the reason for the return with a picture of your jewellery via e-mail to casey@enchantingco.co.za and we will assist you.
It is important that you don’t return items to us without explanation or without prior communication. Enchanting Co reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without notice/discussion, or that are in unacceptable conditions.

Items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to a reputable courier or shipping provider. The Enchanting Co package, on the other hand, does not have to be in perfect condition.

Items that are mentioned as not eligible for return (please see below) must be new, unworn and undamaged to be considered for exchange.

7 Days to Return

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We recommend that you inspect your jewellery upon receipt before discarding any packaging. Please notify us if there are any breakages or defects. casey@enchantingco.co.za

Returns and Exchanges

Should items be delivered damaged and there is no clear damage from the courier company, you will be required to take photographs of the damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Pictures should be sent to casey@enchantingco.co.za

 In the event that we determine that the items were sent to you in the condition shown upon receipt or that such damage occurred in transit, Enchanting Co will replace the items that you have ordered. If the items are not reported within 48 hours of receiving them, Enchanting Co will not be held accountable. We will not be able to refund or exchange your order.
You will be required to return the damaged items to us, upon which a new order will be sent to you. You will not be permitted to keep the damaged items.

Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Incorrect item received

It is necessary to contact us within 24 hours of receipt if you have received an item that is completely different from what you ordered. We will guide you further and investigate and correct the issue. Unless the error has been reported to us, we cannot replace the order or help you in the future.

Returning Items

Returning items should be packaged in a well-padded envelope or small box and shipped via a reputable courier service (shipping insurance is not required, but it is recommended).

Enchanting Co won’t be liable for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipping process. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. Jewellery should be shipped to our address, which we will provide upon request.
