Order Processing and Delivery

Processing begins once payment has been received and it has cleared. Payments can take up to two days to reflect.

You will receive email notifications at the various stages of your order progress.

Delivery Address

Please be aware that our courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Enchanting Co will not be held liable or responsible for inaccurate delivery information provided by customers during the checkout process. When selecting our courier option, it will be necessary for someone to sign to acknowledge the receipt of the parcel upon delivery.

Delivery Time

Please be aware that your order will be delivered between 2 and 7 working days from date of processing.
